These sweet, quick, no-bake bites are perfect for a pre-workout snack, midday pick-me-up— and even a dessert. They’re easy to make and combine wholesome ingredients like oats, nuts, and hemp hearts with a touch of natural sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips optional mix-ins to consider: raisins, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  • ½ cup almond butter *or preferred nut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Green Fox Hemp Hearts
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Measure out and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using a spoon or spatula, stir the ingredients together until all are incorporated and a dough-like consistency has been formed.
  • Next, scoop out tablespoon-sized balls and roll them into a ball-like shape.
  • Once all balls have been formed, place them in your fridge or freezer to set for 1-2 hours.
  • Once they’ve set, enjoy!
