
Hemp Heart & Chia Seed Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
- 2 tsp Green Fox Hemp Hearts
- 2 tsp chia seeds or Green Fox Flax Seeds
- 1/2 cup of dairy or non-dairy milk
- 1-2 tbsp of natural honey or maple syrup for your desired sweetness
Optional Toppings
- ⅓-½ cup of your favorite fruit
- Drizzle of your favorite nut butter
- Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mix your dry ingredients together— and once combined, add in your milk and chosen sweetener. *The oats and seeds should be saturated to the point of a little pool forming on top.
- Once all ingredients are combined, place in your refrigerator overnight, or for up to 2-3 days.
- Top with fruit, a small drizzle of your favorite nut butter, or coconut flakes, and enjoy!
