
Hemp Heart and Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Packed with vibrant colors and healthy protein and fiber, this tangy meal is quick to prepare for breakfast or as a snack, keeping you fueled and satisfied for hours. Increase your fiber intake by adding flax and pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
- half a fresh dragon fruit (peeled) or 1 cup frozen
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1-2 tbsp Green Fox Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- add your favorite fruit
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the contents are blended.
- Top your bowl with some fresh fruit and/or a healthy mix of seeds. Our favorites are Pumpkin, Flax, and Green Fox Hemp Hearts!
