Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
  • half a fresh dragon fruit (peeled) or 1 cup frozen
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp Green Fox Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • add your favorite fruit

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the contents are blended.  
  • Top your bowl with some fresh fruit and/or a healthy mix of seeds. Our favorites are Pumpkin, Flax, and Green Fox Hemp Hearts!
