
Roasted Veggie Bowl with Hemp Hearts
A savory, protein-packed bowl full of roasted veggies and Green Fox Hemp Hearts. Enjoy it as a hearty main or a wholesome side with chicken or steak!
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa or brown rice
- 1 cup mixed veggies (sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, ect.)
- 4 tbsp Green Fox Hemp Hearts
- 2 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup tahini dressing
- 2 tbsp Green Fox Hemp Seed Oil
- rosemary stems
Instructions
- Cook quinoa or rice according to package instructions.
- Roast veggies drizzled with Green Fox Hemp Seed Oil at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until fork tender, flipping halfway through.
- Assemble the bowl with quinoa or rice, roasted veggies, and avocado.
- Drizzle with tahini dressing and sprinkle with Green Fox Hemp Hearts for a protein boost.
