Focus on the Future: The Role of Hemp in CO2 Reduction
Industrial hemp has been our solution to growing cleaner, more planet-friendly solutions from the ground up. Sure, we harvest the seeds for their oil and to eat as healthy nutritious Hemp Hearts, but we also utilize the entire plant for a variety of materials and products.

Featured Product: Hemp Hurd
Hemp hurd is the woody core of the hemp plant. Our versatile hurd is light, durable, and highly absorbent, making it suitable for:
Animal bedding: Hemp hurd used as animal bedding for livestock and pets is a superior option due to its exceptional odor control, dust-free nature, high absorbency and comfort.
Mulch: Hemp hurd makes an excellent moisture-retaining, soil-enriching and weed-suppressing mulch in gardens.
Hempcrete: Hemp hurd can be used to make hempcrete, a building material that’s made from hemp hurds and lime-based binders. Hempcrete is an eco-friendly, bio-aggregate material that’s used for its insulating properties.
Insulation: Used as insulation, hemp hurd is naturally fire-resistant, regulates moisture and resists pests.
Paper: Paper made from hemp hurd is stronger and more resilient and features a distinctive natural appearance.
Fillers: Due to its lightweight durability, non-toxic nature, and long-term cost savings, hemp hurd has been used as a filler in various applications – from building materials, insulation and acoustic panels, to automotive parts and packaging.
Plastics and composites: Micro hemp hurd powder can be used as an additive in plastics and composites.
