Cranberry-Hemp Salsa
If you're a fan of sweet and spicy salsa, this recipe is your new best friend. Our Cranberry Hemp Heart Salsa brings fresh ingredients, and heat, to any gathering, taco night, or snack time.
Ingredients
1 bag fresh cranberries
1/3 cup sugar
1–2 jalapeño peppers, stemmed, seeded, and minced
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tsp Lime Juice
Salt
Tortilla Chips or Crackers
Instructions

Add the cranberries and sugar to a food processor. Pulse several times until the cranberries are coarsely chopped.

Transfer the cranberry mixture to a medium-sized bowl. Stir in the minced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, green onions, and fresh lime juice.

Gently mix in hemp hearts and salt.

Taste the salsa and adjust the seasonings if needed. You can add more sugar for sweetness, lime juice for tang, or jalapeño for heat.

Cover and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Serve with chips or crackers!
